In an effort to meet the needs of the many golfers in the Ottawa Valley region who wish to compete in amateur tournaments, the OVGA has launched a public player program for golfers who are not members of a golf club.  The OVGA will now accept Public Players of either Golf Quebec or the Golf Association of Ontario as eligible players for all OVGA events on a space available basis, with the exception of the Intersectionals.

Membership in GAO's public player program is $31(plus tax) per season and $39.99 (plus tax) for the Golf Quebec program. Resident golfers in Ontario can find more information about the GAO's public player program at gao.ca while resident golfers in Quebec  should visit golfquebec.org.
