The Junior Regional Team is chosen based on Golf Quebec order of merit. The team is made up of : two Peewees; four juvenile boys; and two girls. They will compete in two Ryder cup style events against other Golf Quebec regions.

The team attends a number of training sessions. The first session analysis was done on Trackman technology for launch angle, swing spead etc. A TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) physical movement analysis was also done. Results were sent to the players coaches. The next session took place July 14th and focused on the mental aspects of the game to prepare for Provincial Championships.
